摘要
天津平安泰达金融中心项目位于城市核心区,周边环境复杂,基坑深度大,给施工带来巨大挑战。在地下工程施工过程中,运用BIM+三维激光扫描技术对基坑周边危险源及基坑变形进行监测,对塔式起重机桩格构柱进行垂直度检测,有效预防了事故发生,为地下施工提供了保障。
Tianjin Ping’an TEDA Financial Center project is located in the core area of the city,with complex surrounding environment and deep foundation excavation,which brings great challenges to the construction.In the construction process of underground engineering,the BIM + 3D laser scanning technology is used to monitor the surrounding danger sources and deformation of the foundation ecavation,and the verticality of the tower crane pile lattice column is detected,which effectively prevents the occurrence of accidents and provides a guarantee for construction.
