摘要
目的:探讨深层肌肉刺激联合本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年6月笔者所在医院收治的60例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者为研究对象。采用随机抽签方式将其分为对照组及观察组,各30例。对照组采用本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术治疗,观察组采用深层肌肉刺激联合本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后疼痛情况。结果:治疗后观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:深层肌肉刺激联合本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的效果显著,可有效缓解疼痛,改善症状,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of deep muscle stimulation combined with proprioceptive neuromuscular stimulation technique in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder.Method:A total of 60 patients with temporomandibular joint disorder admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random lottery,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with proprioceptive neuromuscular stimulation technique,while the observation group was treated with deep muscle stimulation combined with proprioceptive neuromuscular stimulation technique.The treatment effect and pain before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Deep muscle stimulation combined with proprioceptive neuromuscular stimulation technique has significant effect on temporomandibular joint disorder,can effectively relieve pain and improve symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
