摘要
目的探讨硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合低强度激光治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的效果。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月我院口腔颞颌关节科接收的72例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组采取模拟激光进行照射治疗,观察组采取硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合低强度激光治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的VAS评分低于入院时,ROM评分高于入院时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,ROM评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸氨基葡萄糖与低强度激光联合治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效,且安全性较好,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules combined with low intensity laser in the treatment of temporomandihular disorders.Methods 72 patients with temporomandibular disorders admitted to Temporomandibular Joint Department of our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simulated laser for irradiation,the observation group was treated with Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules combined with low intensity laser therapy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The VAS scores after treatment in the two groups was lower than that on admission,and the ROM scores after treatment in the two groups was higher than that on admission,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The VAS score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the score of ROM of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Glucosamine Sulfate Capsules combined with low intensity laser in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders can effectively improve the patients＇s clinical symptoms and improve clinical efficacy with good safety so that it is of good clinical promotional value.
