摘要
目的:探讨智能脉冲枪治疗颞下颌关节紊乱的疗效。方法:将83例颞下颌关节紊乱患者随机分为观察组(43例)和对照组(40例),对照组采用中医手法治疗,观察组则采用智能脉冲枪联合中医手法治疗,治疗3周后观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为93.02%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);观察组颞下颌关节功能障碍指数(DI)、肌肉压痛指数(PI)及Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数(CMI)、疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:智能脉冲枪辅助治疗颞下颌关节紊乱效果显著,可明显改善颞下颌关节功能障碍,缓解患者疼痛。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of intelligent pulse gun in treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder.Methods: 83 cases of patients with temporomandibular joint disorder were randomly divided into observation group(43 cases) and control group(40 cases),the control group treated with TCM manipulation therapy while observation group combined with intelligent pulse gun,observed the efficacy of the two groups after 3 weeks of treatment.Results: The overall response rate of observation group was 93.02%,which was significantly higher than 77.50% that of control group(P<0.05);the improvement of DI,PI and CMI,NRS score of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The adjuvant therapy of intelligent pulse gun has significant curative effect on temporomandibular joint disorder,which can effectively improve the functional disorder of temporomandibular joint and relieve pain.
