摘要
目的:探讨和评价曼迪森半导体激光治疗仪治疗颞颌关节紊乱病的临床疗效。方法:383例颞颌关节紊乱病患者,其中属咀嚼肌紊乱疾病294例,关节结构紊乱疾病89例,均用曼迪森半导体激光做穴位或痛点照射治疗。结果:一个疗程后观察383例患者总的显效率86.4%,其中咀嚼肌紊乱疾病组显效率97.3%(286/294),关节结构紊乱疾病组显效率50.6%(45/89),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:曼迪森半导体激光是目前保守治疗颞颌关节紊乱病,特别是咀嚼肌紊乱型颞颌关节紊乱病的一种较好的治疗方法之一。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of MDC semiconductor laser therapy on Tempromandibular disorders(TMD). Method: 383 cases with TMD were treated. 294 cases were with masticatory muscle disorders and 89 cases were with internal derangement. 383 cases were acupunctured points with MDC semiconductor laser. Result: After a period of treatment , the response rate of cases with masticatory muscle disorders was 97.3% (286/294), with internal derangement was 50.6% (45/89). There were statistically significant differences between two groups MDC semiconductor laser is one of the better way to ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion: It treat the pain of TMD especial suggested that therapy of in masticatory muscle disorders.
