摘要 现如今我国医疗体制发展迅速,医院人力资源管理也得到了广泛的关注和重视。为了能够进一步满足医疗卫生需求,提高医疗行业的发展,医院提高医疗保障水平十分重要。如何通过医院管理建立高效的人力资源管理体系是医院管理部门需要认真考虑的一大问题。医院人力资源管理部门也应该营造更好的发展环境,以公平、公正、公开为原则建立严格的权责制度,进一步提高医务人员的工作能力,使其得到满意的职业生涯规划。该文对目前医院人力资源管理的问题进行分析,并提出有效的人力资源管理方法,旨在促进医院的良性发展,提高医院的医疗保障水平和竞争优势,进而为社会提供优质的医疗服务。 Nowadays,our country's medical system is developing rapidly,and hospital human resource management has also received extensive attention and attention.In order to further meet the needs of medical and health care and improve the development of the medical industry,it is very important for hospitals to improve the level of medical security.How to establish an efficient human resource management system through hospital management is a major issue that the hospital management department needs to consider seriously.The hospital human resource management department should also create a better development environment,establish a strict power and responsibility system based on the principles of fairness,justice,and openness,and further improve the working ability of medical staff so that they can get a satisfactory career plan.This article analyzes the current human resource management problems in hospitals,and proposes effective human resource management methods to promote the healthy development of the hospital,improve the hospital's medical security level and competitive advantage,and then provide high-quality medical services to the society.
