摘要
教师教研正在从经验导向的传统教研向数据驱动的精准教研转变,实施精准教研资源智能推荐是促进教师专业化成长的一种有效机制。该文基于TPACK框架构建了学科教师教研能力发展模型,并在此基础上对学科教师的教研资源需求进行分析,研究构建了TPACK框架下的教研资源库和教研资源智能推荐模型;基于“教研空间”智慧教研平台,以小学语文学科教研资源智能推荐为例,就教研资源智能推荐涉及的偏好建模、智能推荐算法选择,以及智能推荐实施等关键问题进行了实践探索。
Teacher teaching and research is changing from experience-oriented traditional teaching and research to data-driven precision teaching and research.The implementation of intelligent recommendation of precision teaching and research resources is an effective mechanism to help teachers’professional growth.Based on the TPACK framework,the article constructs a model for the development of teaching and research capabilities of subject teachers,and analyzes the demand for teaching and research resources of subject teachers on this basis,and studies and constructs a teaching and research resource library and an intelligent recommendation model for teaching and research resources under the TPACK framework.Based on the“teaching and research space”smart teaching and research platform,taking the intelligent recommendation of teaching and research resources for elementary school Chinese as an example,the article explores the key issues involved in the smart recommendation of teaching and research resources such as preference modeling,smart recommendation algorithm selection,and smart recommendation implementation.
