摘要
目的:评估临床医师连带病耻感量表中文版(CASS-C)在精神卫生专业人员中的信效度。方法:翻译英文版CASS为CASS-C,并在广东地区5家精神专科医院对804名精神卫生专业人员进行评估。采用内部一致性、相关性分析、分半信度分析来评估量表的信度;采用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析以评价量表的结构效度。采用t检验或者单因素方差分析CASS-C总分与受试者人口学资料的关系。结果:804名受试者CASS-C总分为(39.3±11.9);19个条目的总Cronbach'sα系数为0.92。各个条目分与总分相关系数r在0.50~0.69之间;斯皮曼-布朗公式计算CASS总分半相关系数r=0.87。探索性因子分析发现CASS-C 4个维度累积方差贡献率为63.3%;验证性因子分析发现4因子模型是合理的(χ2=3.301,P<0.001),拟合优度指数(GFI)=0.985,比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.926,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.071。CASS-C总分在性别、受教育程度、职业、工作部门间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:CASS-C具有良好的内部一致性和结构效度,可用于评估中国精神卫生专业人员相关病耻感水平。
Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Clinician Associative Stigma Scale(CASS)in mental health proffessionals.Method:The original CASS was translated into Chinese version(CASS-C).Total 804 mental health professionals in 5 psychiatric hospitals of Guangdong province were evaluated.The internal homogeneity of CASS,correlation coefficients between the CASS global and item scores and split-half was analyzed to evaluate the reliability of CASS.The exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to examine the factor structure of CASS.T-test and ANOVA were used to analyse the relationship between the CASS total score and the social-demographic data.Results:The total score of CASS among 804 subjects was(39.3±11.9).The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of CASS was 0.92 and the correlation coefficients between the CASS global and item scores were between 0.50 and 0.69.Spearman-Brown coefficient was 0.87.Exploratory factor analysis showed that the cumulated variance contribution ratio of 4 dimensions of CASS-C was 63.3%,confirmatory factor analytic models fit the data well(χ2=3.301,P<0.001,GFI=0.985,CFI=0.926,RMSEA=0.071).The total scores of CASS-C were significantly different across the social-demographic data such as gender,education,profession,and work department(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The CASS-C has good internal homogeneity,with acceptable reliability and could be applicable to assessing the associative stigma to mental illness in Chinese mental health professionals.
