危险品公路运输安全保障关键技术研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 危险品公路运输事故突发性强,给交通运营安全带来巨大风险。根据危险品公路运输过程安全关键技术的研究内容,分别梳理了危险品运输事故致灾机理、运输风险评价、运输路径优化、智能应急防控等国内外研究进展,并做了总结归纳;通过总结相关研究理论方法和计算模型,提出针对运输过程车-路-环协同智能防控的系统架构。随着智慧交通技术不断推广,危险品运输的安全智能防控技术将成为未来的研究重点,根据运输过程中的环境、车辆、路况等数据信息融合后进行危险事故状态预判,在事故发生前及时做出预警及主动防控,有效保障运输安全,因此新兴通信技术的应用将全面提升危险品公路运输的安全保障能力。 Road transportation accidents of dangerous goods are sudden,which brings huge risks to traffic operation safety.According to the research contents of key safety technologies in the process of dangerous goods transportation,this paper reviews the research progress in China and abroad,such as the disaster mechanism of dangerous goods transportation accidents,transportation risk assessment,transportation path optimization,intelligent emergency prevention and control,Through summarizing the relevant theoretical methods and calculation models,the system architecture of vehicle-road-environment collaborative intelligent prevention and control in transportation process is proposed.With the continuous promotion of intelligent transportation technology,the safety intelligent prevention and control technology of dangerous goods transportation will become the focus of future research.According to the data fusion of environment,vehicles,and road conditions in the transportation process,the state of dangerous accidents can be predicted,and early warning and active prevention and control can be timely made before the accident,so as to effectively guarantee the transportation safety.Therefore,the application of emerging communication technology will be comprehensively improved the ability of safety guarantee for highway transportation of dangerous goods.
