基于驾驶行为预警数据和交通事故热点对比的危化品运输路径研究

Research on Hazardous Chemical Transportation Routes Based on Driving Behavior Warning Data and Comparison with Traffic Accident Hotspot

摘要 由于道路运输具有便捷、灵活的优点,在我国危险化学品运输方式中占主导地位。危化品运输伴随着严重的安全风险,一旦发生事故将导致人员伤亡、环境破坏以及财产损失,而事故热点作为高风险路段,进一步增加了危化品运输的安全风险。为了探究事故热点对危化品运输造成的潜在风险,利用危化品车辆驾驶行为预警数据和上海市高速公路事故数据,基于空间集计与热点识别方法,识别出了预警热点和事故热点,并分析了两者在空间上的重叠度。结果表明,危化品车辆的驾驶路线能够有效地避开事故热点,从而降低了事故热点区域对危化品运输安全性的威胁。 Road transportation plays a dominant role in the transportation of hazardous chemicals in China due to its convenience and flexibility.However,hazardous chemical transportation is accompanied by significant safety risks,as accidents can lead to casualties,environmental damage,and property losses.Accident hotspots,as high-risk road segments,further increase the safety risks associated with hazardous chemical transportation.In this study,using driving behavior warning data from hazardous chemical vehicles and accident data from Shanghai,we employed spatial aggregationand hotspot identification methods to identify warning hotspots and accident hotspots,and analyzed their spatial overlap.The results indicate that the driving routes of hazardous chemical vehicles can effectively avoid accident hotspots,thereby reducing the threat of accident hotspots to the safety of hazardous chemical transportation.
