摘要
进口食用农产品是中国食品和农产品供给的重要组成部分,随着进口量的不断增加,其质量安全风险也相应提升。从当前食品安全监管体系来看,进口食用农产品的监管面临着产业链管控需增强、跨境电商风险需应对、“保供给”与“保安全”需平衡等挑战。未来可从农业贸易战略、农业风险管理体系、技术性贸易措施以及农产品安全国际合作等方面完善对进口食用农产品的监管。
The imported edible agricultural products are an important part of food and agricultural products supply in China.With the continuous increase of import,there are more safety risks of imported edible agricultural products.Taking current food safety regulatory system into consideration,the supervision of imported edible agricultural products faces some challenges,that industrial chain supervision needs to be strengthened,cross-border e-commerce risks need to be addressed,and"supply"and"security"need to be balanced.In the future,we should improve food safety regulation of imported edible agricultural products by working on agricultural trade strategy,agricultural risk management system,technical trade measures and international cooperation.
