摘要
文章从农产品监管体系建设、推进农产品追溯和合格证管理制度、安全县创建三个方面概述了当前陕西汉中农产品追溯管理的现状。分析指出农业集约化程度不高、缺乏农产品追溯相关法律法规、主体参与追溯的积极性不高、追溯信息的真实性很难保证、行政部门之间未达成共识等是制约汉中农产品追溯监管体系发展的瓶颈,并提出对策建议。
From three aspects T.e the regulatory system construction of agricultural products, promotion of agricultural product traceability and certification management system, establishment of counties with safe agricultural products, the current situation of traceability in agricultural products in Hanzhong were summarized. The contraints for development of the traceability and supervision in quality and safety of agricultural products in Hanzhong are as follows: low intensive agriculture, lack of law and regulations related to agricultural products traceability, low enthusiasm for participation in traceability, hard to guarantee the thuth of traceablity information, and disagreement with administrative organs.
