摘要
目的:通过分析CNKI和WOS数据库中有关农产品质量追溯的文献,总结国内外农产品追溯研究情况,为农产品及其他产品的追溯研究与管理提供参考。方法:采用联合国对农产品的定义,结合我国特有农产品种类,检索CNKI和WOS两个数据库中的农产品质量追溯文献,使用文献计量法对国内外农产品追溯发展历程、主要研究机构、研究国家、主要作者、发表期刊、追溯技术等进行分析。结果:我国农产品质量追溯研究发文量远超国外,且发展较快;虽然发文量中国居世界第一,但影响力不如国外,而个人影响力较高;国内外农产品质量追溯研究对象及追溯技术不尽相同;国内农产品质量追溯研究多从产品源头正向追溯,而国外多注重从产品本身开展逆向追溯研究。结论:应全面提高我国农产品质量追溯研究整体水平,关注国际先进农产品追溯研究机构,扩展可追溯研究农产品种类,大力研发高水平可追溯技术。
【Objective】Through the analysis of the literature about agricultural products quality traceability in CNKI and WOS database,this paper summarized the domestic and foreign agricultural products quality traceability research and provide scientific reference for the traceability research and management of agricultural products and other products.【Method】Based on the definition of agricultural products by the United Nations,combined with the unique types of agricultural products in China,this paper reviewed the traceability literature of agricultural products quality in CNKI and WOS databases,and used the bibliometric method to study the development process,leading research institutions,research countries,primary authors,published journals and traceability technology of agricultural products at home and abroad.【Result】The quantity of agricultural product quality traceability research in China was far more than that in foreign countries,and the development was faster.Although the quantity of agricultural product quality traceability research in China ranked the first in the world,its influence was not as good as that in foreign countries,and its personal impact was higher.The research object and technology of agricultural product quality traceability were not the same at home and abroad.Domestic agricultural product quality traceability research mostly started from the product source,while foreign countries paid more attention to the reverse traceability research from the product itself.【Conclusion】We should comprehensively improve the overall level of agricultural product quality traceability research in China,pay attention to international advanced agricultural product traceability research institutions,expand the types of agricultural products for traceability research,and vigorously develop high-level traceability technology.
