摘要
质量强国背景下,质量管理的重要性日益凸显,质量人才需求也呈显著递增之势。为应对人才需求,多数地方院校逐步开设质量管理工程专业。基于此背景及宜宾学院教学管理实践,梳理总结出宜宾学院质量管理工程专业的人才培养模式:结合宜宾市经济及产业需求,确定质量管理人才培养目标;围绕目标要求,从教学和实践两方面着手,构建以课程教学体系、教学实践环节、行业实践体系、第二课堂等四位一体的人才培养体系。文章在一定程度上可为其他院校的质量管理人才培养模式提供参考。
In the context of building China into a country strong on quality,the importance of quality management has become increasingly prominent,and the demand for quality talents is also increasing. In response to the demand for talents, most local colleges and universities have gradually offered quality management engineering major. Based on this background and the teaching management practice of Yibin University,this paper summarizes the talent training mode of quality management engineering major in Yibin University: combining the economic and industrial needs of Yibin City to determine the target of quality management talent training;focusing on the target requirements and starting from both teaching and practice to construct a four-in-one talent training system with curriculum teaching system,teaching practice link,industry practice system,and second classroom. To a certain extent,the paper can provide reference for the training mode of quality management talents in other colleges and universities.
