学科是高等学校核心竞争力和综合实力的具体体现。明确学科发展方向对地方高校组建学术队伍、增强科技创新能力、提升人才培养质量具有重要意义。在高等教育国际化进程中,地方高校要以传统优势特色学科为引领,促进交叉学科和新兴学科的多元化发展,打造多种学科类型,推动学校健康可持续发展。
Disciplines are the embodiment of core competitiveness and comprehensive strength of a university.Clarification of the development direction of disciplines is significant for local colleges and universities to establish the academic team,enhance scientific creativeness,and improve talent-training quality.In the process of internationalization of higher education,local colleges and universities should use traditional and characteristic disciplines as the lead,promote diversified development of interdisciplinary and emerging disciplines,and create a variety of disciplines,thus promoting sustainable and sound development.
