摘要
质量管理是制造企业在市场竞争中的决定性因素,而影响质量管理水平的因素很多,如何确定关键因素并采取相应的改进措施是提升质量管理水平的难点之一。为此,作者拟定了制造业质量管理要素及评价指标体系,以问卷调查的形式收集了全国120家企业的质量管理相关数据,通过因子分析法得到相关系数矩阵、因子载荷矩阵及因子分值,对目前制造业质量管理水平进行评价,并针对存在的问题和不足,提出了相应的对策。
Quality management is the crucial factor in market competition for a manufacturing enterprise. But there are many elements that influence quality management. How to identify which are the key dements and adopt corresponding strategies is of diifficulty for improving quality management level. This paper presents a series of quality elements and an evaluation index model and collects the related data of quality management of 120 enterprises in the form of questionnaire. According to the correlation coefficient matrix, factor loadings matrix and factor scores matrix which are calculated by factor analysis method, the present quality management levels of manufacturing enterprises is evaluated. Consequently, corresponding suggestions are presented.
