摘要
目的探讨基于模拟药房的情景式翻转课堂教学模式在“实用药学服务”课程中的实施方法和应用效果。方法选取江苏卫生健康职业学院2017级三年制药学专业(药学服务方向)1班67名学生为对照组,采用传统教学方法;2班66名学生为实验组,采用翻转课堂的教学模式。课程结束后对两组学生的理论和技能考核成绩进行比较,并对实验组学生进行翻转课堂教学模式的满意度调查。结果实验组学生的理论考试成绩、技能考核评价得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组教学满意度调查结果显示:翻转课堂教学模式在学习模式、课堂效果、职业体验、能力培养四方面具有明显的优势。结论与传统教学方法相比,基于模拟药房的情景式翻转课堂教学模式在药学专业学生课程学习和职业体验方面效果明显,值得推广。
Objective To explore the implementation method and application effect of situa-tional flipped classroom teaching mode based on simulated pharmacy in practical pharmacy service course.Methods In this study,67 students from class 1 of the three-year pharmaceutical specia-lty(pharmaceutical service direction)in the class of 2017 were selected as the control group,and traditional teaching method was given to them.66 students from class 2 were chosen as the expe-rimental group,and flipped classroom teaching method was adopted in their teaching.After the course,theoretical score and skill test score of the 2 groups were compared,and survey of satis-faction towards flipped classroom teaching mode was conducted to students in the experimental group.Results Theoretical score and skill test score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of students’satisfaction survey showed that fli-pped classroom teaching mode has significant advantages in learning mode,classroom effect,pro-fessional experience and ability training.Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching method,situational flipped classroom teaching mode based on simulated pharmacy has great advantage in the curriculum learning and professional experience of pharmaceutical students,and is worth pop-ularizing.
