摘要
为提高学生职业能力和就业竞争力,通过对高职院校药学类毕业生就业岗位能力需求调研,连云港中医药高等职业技术学校建立了模拟药房,并在药学类相关实践课程教学和职业技能鉴定工作中得到广泛应用,取得一定成效。
Through the survey of post competence demand of graduates of pharmacology colleges,to enhance the competence of students and their employment competitiveness,a simulative drugstore was set up in Lianyungang Chinese Traditional Medicine Vocational and technical School,and extensively applied in the practical teaching and vocational skill evaluation with some achievements.
