摘要
随着经济迅速发展和技术不断进步,企业需求人才的数量和种类在不断的变化,需求的人才素质结构也发生了变化。我国高等职业教育经过20多年的发展已初具规模,但其培养目标一直在不断地调整变化,变得越来越不清晰,不能真正反映企业实际的人才需求。研究表明,高等职业教育的培养目标只有与企业需求相适应,充分体现出区域特性、技术的职业性和应用性、学历的层次性,高等职业教育才有存在的基础,才能健康持续地发展。
With the development of economy and technology,the quantity and the type of talents are changing continuously,and the quality structure of talents needed has also changed.Having experienced more than 20 years' development,the higher vocational education in our country has taken shape,but its goal adjusts and changes unceasingly,and becomes more and more unclear.As a result,it can not truly reflect the actual demand of the enterprise for the talents.The research indicates that the higher vocational education has the foundation of existence and can keep sustainable development only if higher vocational education meet the demands of enterprises and show regional characteristics,technological application and educational variety and educational variety.
