摘要
当前,我国高等职业教育人才培养模式的改革力度不大,表现出有形无实的状态,同质化倾向严重,如何持续推进改革并取得实效成为普遍关注的问题。"三对接"人才培养模式,是对高职教育人才培养模式的一种创新与丰富。扬州职业大学机械工程学院从梳理高职教育人才培养模式的具体内涵入手,构建并探索了以"专业对接企业、团队对接项目、学生对接岗位"为特征的三个对接人才培养模式,实施教学改革,取得了明显的实效。
Abstract: At present, effort to reform talents training mode in higher vocational education is not great, merely show- ing form without content and serious homogeneity. How to advance the reform and achieve actual effect has become a common concern. "Three docking" talents training mode is a kind of innovation and richness of talents training mode. By combing the concrete connotation of talents training mode in HVE, the "three docking" talents training mode characterized by "major-enterprise connection, team-project connection, student-position connection" is con- structed in Mechanical Engineering Department of YzPC and the teaching reform is implemented as well, achieving obvious results.
