摘要
目的探讨基于岗位导向的高职“实用药学服务”课程教学改革内容和实施效果。方法以江苏卫生健康职业学院2019级高职药学专业82名学生为研究对象,随机选择1班42名学生作为对照组,采用传统教学方法;2班40名学生作为试验组,以“岗位导向、工学结合”理念为中心,采用线上线下、虚实结合的教学方式,形成“三阶段六环节”的教学过程,构建有用、有效、有趣、有心的“四有”创新型课堂。课程结束后对两组学生的理论和实训考核成绩进行比较,并对试验组学生进行满意度调查。结果试验组学生的理论考试成绩、实训考核评价得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组教学满意度调查结果显示,基于岗位导向的教学改革在学习模式、课堂效果、职业体验、能力培养四方面具有明显的优势。结论与传统教学方法相比,基于岗位导向的“实用药学服务”课程教学改革在学习模式、职业体验、学习效果等方面优势明显,值得进一步推广。
Objective To discuss the content of teaching reform and implementation effect of"Practical Pharmaceutical Care"course in higher vocational colleges based on post orientation.Methods 82 students majoring in pharmacy enrolled in 2019 from Jiangsu Health Vocational College were chosen as the objects and divided into the control group(42 students from Class 1)and the experimental group(40 students from Class 2).Traditional teaching method was used in the teaching of the control group,while in the experimental group,with the concept of"post orientation and combination of work and study",online and offline teaching method combining virtual reality was used to form the teaching process with"three stages and six links"and construct innovative classroom which is"useful,effective,interesting and elaborate".At the end of the course,the theoretical and practical scores of the two groups were compared and satisfaction survey was given to the experimental group.Results Students in the experimental group acquired higher scores than the control group in the theoretical and practical assessment(P<0.05).According to the satisfaction survey of the experimental group,the teaching reform based on post orientation had obvious advantages in terms of learning mode,classroom effect,professional experience as well as ability cultivation.Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching method,teaching reform of"Practical Pharmaceutical Care"course based on post orientation has obvious advantages in learning mode,professional experience and learning effect,and is worth further promotion.
