摘要
目的对四逆散合二仙汤加味治疗围绝经期综合征进行临床观察。方法收集2016年1月—2019年6月围绝经期综合征患者70例,随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组患者口服四逆散合二仙汤加味,对照组患者口服戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片(克龄蒙)和坤泰胶囊。连用21 d后,观察疗效。结果观察组治愈5例,显效24例,无效6例,总有效率82.9%(29/35);对照组治愈5例,显效15例,无效15例,总有效率57.1%(20/35)。除治愈率无显著差异外,显效率、总有效率均高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四逆散合二仙汤加味治疗围绝经期综合征疗效安全可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Sini SAN and Erxian Decoction on perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 70 patients with perimenopausal syndrome from January 2016 to June 2019 were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the observation group were given sini SAN and Erxian Decoction orally,while patients in the control group were given estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol ciprogesterone tablets(Kelineng)and Kuntai capsule orally.After 21 days of continuous use,the curative effect was observed.Results In the observation group,5 cases were cured,24 cases showed obvious effect and 6 cases were invalid,with a total effective rate of 82.8%.In the control group,5 cases were cured,15 were effective and 15 were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 57.1%.Except for no significant difference in cure rate,significant efficiency and total effective rate were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sini SAN and Erxian Tang are safe and reliable in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.
