摘要
目的探讨龟龄集、六味地黄丸联合身心疗法治疗妇女围绝经期月经紊乱症状的临床效果。方法选取2018年1~12月我院收治的60例围绝经期月经紊乱患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组予以乙烯雌酚治疗,观察组予以龟龄集、六味地黄丸联合身心疗法治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、中医症状评分、月经量评分以及性激素水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的中医症状与月经失血图(PBAC)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平低于对照组,血清雌二醇(E2)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用龟龄集、六味地黄丸联合身心疗法治疗围绝经期月经紊乱,可有效调节患者的月经量、激素水平,改善其症状,治疗效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of Guilingji and Liuwei Dihuang Pills combined with mind-body therapy on symptoms of women with perimenopausal menstrual disorder.Methods A total of 60 patients with perimenopausal menstrual disorder in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the subjects.All selected cases were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Diethylstilbestrol,and the observation group was given Guilingji and Liuwei Dihuang Pills combined with mind-body therapy.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,score of menstruation volume,levels of sex hormones were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptom and pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in observation group were lower than those in control group,while the level of serum estradiol(E2)in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using Guilingji and Liuwei Dihuang Pills combined with mind-body therapy to treat perimenopausal menstrual disorders can effectively regulate the menstrual volume and hormone levels of patients and improve their symptoms.The treatment effect is remarkable.
