摘要
胡国华教授认为女子以肾气肾精为根,肝血为本,一旦出现元阴元阳亏虚,则导致脏腑、经脉、官窍失其滋养温煦,气机失畅。故绝经前后冲任虚衰、肾气阴精衰退、肝气郁滞是引发围绝经期综合征的根本原因。胡国华教授以肝肾为主,强调肾虚肝旺为本病主要病机,治以清肝益肾为主。故胡师在治疗围绝经期综合征时主张"泻南""补北",即清肝火以疏肝解郁平心火,健脾胃培补后天以滋养先天之肾气肾精,同时滋补元阴以清肝心之热使心肾既济,脏腑功能协调,从而患者得以平稳度过围绝经期。更年清肝饮为胡师多年治疗围绝经期综合征行之有效的经验方,其可明显改善围绝经期女性月经紊乱、烘热汗出、精神情志、心血管等方面诸症。
According to Professor Hu Guohua,women take kidney qi and kidney essence as the root and liver blood is the basis; if kidney yin or kidney yang becomes deficient,the viscera,meridians and orifices will fail to get warmth and nourishment and qi movement becomes obstructed. Therefore,deficient and weak thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel,decline of kidney qi,yin and essence,and liver qi depression are the root causes inducing perimenopausal syndrome. Professor Hu takes liver and kidney as the main organs,stresses that kidney deficiency and liver hyperactivity is the chief pathogenesis of this disease and treats by clearing liver and benefiting the kidney. In treating perimenopausal syndrome,he advocates ＂ purging the liver＂ and ＂ tonifying the kidney＂,which means to clear liver fire to disperse liver depression and sooth heart fire,strengthen the spleen and stomach to supplement the acquired conditions and nourish the congenital kidney qi and kidney essence. Simultaneously,he nourishes kidney yin to clear liver heat and heart heat and achieve coordination between the heart and kidney as well as different viscera,and thus patients can steadily pass through the perimenopausal period. Perimenopausal Liver-Clearing Decoction is the empirical formula of Professor Hu during years of his experience in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,which can significantly improve the menstrual disorder,steady fever,emotional disorder and cardiovascular problems.
