离子色谱法测定灵芝超声水提取物中4种代表有机酸的含量 被引量:11

摘要 为能够准确测定灵芝超声水提取物中4种有机酸含量,建立了一种基于离子色谱技术的分析方法。笔者采用Transgenomic ICSep Ion 300阴离子交换柱进行分离,H2SO4溶液8 mmol/L等度淋洗,流速0.5 mL/min,抑制系统为LiCl溶液100 mmol/L。结果显示:草酸、酒石酸、苹果酸和乙醇酸4种有机酸基本达到基线分离,在1~50μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9995~0.9999,平均回收率在98.2%~100.4%,RSD均小于2%。由此可知:所建立的离子色谱方法具有分离效果好、稳定性佳、结果准确的优点,可用于灵芝提取物中有机酸的含量测定和质量控制。 To establish an ion chromatography for the determination of four organic acids in Ganoderma lucidum ultrasonic water extract.Four organic acids(oxalic acid,tartaric acid,malic acid and glycolic acid)were determined by anion exchange column Transgenomic ICSep Ion 300 with a suppression system of 100 mmol/L LiCl,eluted by equal sulfuric acid(8 mmol/L)at 0.5 mL/min.Four organic acids could be measured with good resolution.The linear correlations over the investigated concentration between 1 and 50μg/mL with correlation coefficient between 0.9995 and 0.9999,with the average recovery were 98.2%and 100.4%,RSD was less than 2%.The ion chromatography method is fast,accurate,simple,reliable and applicable for measuring organic acids in Ganoderma lucidum ultrasonic water extract.
