摘要
建立抑制电导离子色谱法测定蔬菜、药品和水中对氨基苯磺酸。以SH-AC-3型阴离子交换柱为分离柱,5.0 mmol/L Na2CO3-1.5 mmol/L NaHCO3为淋洗液,以1.0 mL/min的流量等度洗脱,对氨基苯磺酸与常见阴离子可实现完全分离,对氨基苯磺酸的色谱峰面积与质量浓度在0.05~100.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999。该方法应用于蒜苗、复方磺胺甲噁唑片、对氨基苯磺酰胺及水中对氨基苯磺酸的测定,样品加标回收率为95.0%~98.4%,5次平行测定值的相对标准偏差为0.92%~3.23%。按3倍信噪比计算对氨基苯磺酸的检出限为0.04 mg/L。该方法选择性好,操作简便。
A new method for the determination of 4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid in vegetables,pharmaceuticals and water by ion chromatography was developed.A SH-AC-3 anion exchange column was used as the separation column,5.0 mmol/L Na2CO3-1.5 mmol/L NaHCO3 was used as the eluting liquid,and 1.0 mL/min flow rate was used to elute the 4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid.There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the mass concentration of 4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid in the range of 0.05-100.0 mg/L with the corelation coefficient of 0.9999.The method was applied to the determination of 4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid in garlic sprouts,sulfamethoxazole tablets,p-aminobenzenesulfonamide and water.The recoveries were 95.0%-98.4%and the relative standard deviation of 5 parallel determinations was 0.92%-3.23%.The detection limit of 4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid was 0.04 mg/L based on the calculation of signal to noise ratio of 3.The method has high selectivity,and it is simple to operate.
