摘要
灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)是传统中药,具有多种生理和药理活性。然而由于受品种、产地、栽培方式、采收期和加工工艺不一等影响,使得灵芝及其产品质量参差不齐。本文综述近年来灵芝活性成分分析方法和质量评价研究,汇总了灵芝多糖、灵芝多糖肽、三萜、核苷、甾醇等类活性成分测定,以及指纹图谱技术、一测多评法、相对分子质量及其分布和综合分析手段,全面评价灵芝质量分析,为灵芝深入研究和产品研发提供参考依据。
Ganoderma lucidum(G. lucidum) is a traditional Chinese medicine that has a variety of physiological and pharmacological activities. However, the quality of G. lucidum and its products varies due to the variety, origin, cultivation method, harvest period, and processing technology. In this article, researches on the analysis methods and quality evaluation of G. lucidum active ingredients was reviewed, and the determination of G. lucidum polysaccharides, polysaccharide peptides, triterpenoids, nucleosides, sterols, as well as fingerprinting techniques and quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker, relative molecular mass and its distribution, which evaluated comprehensively the quality of G. lucidum, and provided a reference for further research and product development of G. lucidum.
