摘要
目的分析替格瑞洛治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛患者的效果及对凝血功能的影响。方法选取2019年3~12月我院收治的80例老年不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组患者应用氯吡格雷和阿司匹林进行治疗,观察组则配合替格瑞洛和阿司匹林治疗,比较两组的治疗效果和凝血功能指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,对照组为77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为10.00%,对照组为30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶时间和血小板计数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组纤维蛋白原和D-二聚体含量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过替格瑞洛对老年不稳定性心绞痛进行治疗能够有效提升治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,同时可帮助患者改善凝血功能。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ticagrelor in the treatment of elderly unstable angina pectoris and the effect on coagulation function of patients.Methods From March to December 2019,80 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group patients were treated with clopidogrel and aspirin,and the observation group was treated with ticagrelor and aspirin.The therapeutic effects and coagulation function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,and the control group was 77.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 10.00%,and the control group was 30.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly lower than the control group in terms of prothrombin time,activated partial thrombin time,and platelet count,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fibrin,original and D-dimers in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of unstable angina pectoris in the elderly by ticagrelor can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the impact of complications on patients.At the same time,it can help patients to improve coagulation function.
