摘要
为了提高泵轮检测的效率以及改善人为因素造成误差的影响,提出了基于S7-1200 PLC与LabVIEW的泵轮检测设备控制系统设计方案。使用S7-1200系列PLC为控制核心,通过高速脉冲输出实现对工件的控制;利用LabVIEW完成对数据的采集、处理及分析等功能,并通过NI OPC Server实现与下位机PLC之间的实时通讯。实验结果表明,该系统设计合理、工作效率高。
In order to improve the efficiency of pump wheel detection and improve the influence of errors caused by human factors,a design scheme of pump wheel detection equipment control system based on S7-1200 PLC and LabVIEW was proposed.S7-1200 series PLC was used as the control core to control the workpiece through high speed pulse output.LabVIEW was used to complete data acquisition,processing and analysis,and real-time communication was realized between NI OPC Server and PLC of the lower machine.The experimental results show that the design of the system is reasonable,the working efficiency is high.
