摘要
研究基于OPC技术的1MJ脉冲强磁场装置控制系统的设计与实现。主控系统以S7-300 PLC为现场控制器,实现对本地开关器件的控制与状态采集;上位机监控系统利用VC++为软件开发工具,应用OPC技术,解决了S7-300PLC协议不开放的通信难题,实现了强磁场装置充电、放电、泄能等工作过程的远程控制和实时状态显示。该远程主控系统经测试运行表明,控制性能稳定可靠,监控软件界面友好、操作方便,可满足脉冲强磁场装置充放电控制的安全性、灵活性和可视化的实验要求。
Implementation of the control system applied to 1MJ pulsed high magnetic field facility was studied.S7-300 series PLC was chosen as the local controller of the control system,which responsible for controlling of switches and feeding back the status of switches to the host computer.Remote control of charging and discharging was realized through monitoring software developed by Visual C++ based on OPC mechanism.Operation tests have been done and proved that this control system is stable,reliable,and easy to use.It can meet the security,flexibility and visualization requirements of the control system applied to pulsed magnetic high field facility.
