基于LABVIEW的行星滚柱丝杠综合性能试验平台上位机系统设计

摘要 行星滚柱丝杠在航天、船舶等领域所发挥的优势不断突显,对其性能的相关研究也随之增多。开发一套对其综合性能进行测试的上位机系统具有重要的意义。基于LABVIEW设计了一套行星滚柱丝杠上位机系统,系统设计包含界面设计、逻辑设计和通信接口设计。系统含有测试功能、控制功能、保存功能、查询功能和通信功能。实验表明,所设计的上位机系统可以对加速度、速度、位移、温位移、拉压力和噪声等进行测量。 With the continuous highlighting of the advantages of planetary roller screws in aerospace, shipbuilding and other fields,the related research on its performance has also increased. It is of great significance to develop a set of upper computer system to test its comprehensive performance. In this paper, a set of planetary roller screw upper computer system is designed based on LABVIEW. The system design includes interface design, logic design and communication interface design. The system contains test function, control function, save function, query function and communication function. Experiments show that the designed upper computer system can measure acceleration, velocity, displacement, temperature displacement, tensile pressure and noise, etc.
