摘要
本文结合木瓜煤矿井下10-102工作面实际情况,开展了该工作面自动化、智能化集中控制系统的总体设计及关键分系统设计研究。经过井下将近6个月的运行测试,结果显示,该控制系统的应用,使整个工作面的采煤效率提高了将近50%,而且降低了工作面设备故障概率及相关费用支出,应用效果较为显著。
Combined with the actual situation of 10-102 working face underground in Mugua Colliery,the article has carried out the overall design of the automatic and intelligent centralized control system of this working face,and designed and studied the key sub-systems.After nearly 6 months of underground operation tests,the results show that the application of the control system has increased the coal mining efficiency of the entire working face by nearly 50%,and reduced the probability of equipment failure at the working face and related expenses,which proves significant application effect.
