摘要
介绍了马兰矿18509综采工作面的地质条件及设备选型配套情况,以工业以太网为基础,对现有的采掘、支护设备进行技术升级改造,实现了综采工作面的自动化集中控制、采煤机与液压支架的联动控制以及乳化液泵站的集中监测等,大幅度提升了矿井的自动化生产程度.
This paper introduces the geological conditions of the fully mechanized mining face of 18509 in Malan Mine and the matching situation of equipment selection,and takes the industrial Ethernet as the basis to upgrade the existing mining and supporting equipment.The automatic centralized control of fully mechanized mining face,the linkage control of shearer and hydraulic support and the centralized monitoring system of emulsion pump station are realized,so as to greatly improve the degree of automatic production in mine.
