摘要
为提高提升机运行的综合性能,对其电控系统进行升级设计。以提升机结构特点为分析基础,开展了提升机电控系统的总体方案设计及关键分系统设计研究,并进行了现场的实际应用测试,验证了该控制系统的可靠性及稳定性,为提升提升机的作业效率及安全起到重要保障作用。
In order to improve the comprehensive performance of hoist operation,The electronic control system is upgraded and designed.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the hoist,the overall scheme design and the key subsystem design of the hoist electronic control system are carried out,and the practical application tests are carried out to verify the reliability and stability of the control system,which plays an important role to improve the efficiency and safety of hoists.
