摘要
马兰矿为增大矿井提升机调速系统的调速范围,提高提升机的的工效,降低电网谐波干扰,设计PWM变频调速控制系统,分析了PWM变频器的工作原理,对变频驱动控制系统的软、硬件电路系统以及故障保护中断系统进行设计。该驱动系统有效实现了提升机速度的平滑转变,降低了变速对系统产生的冲击,提高了提升机的安全稳定性。
In order to increase the speed regulation range of mine hoist speed regulation system,improve the working efficiency of hoist and reduce the harmonic interference of power grid,the PWM frequency conversion speed regulation control system is designed,the working principle of PWM frequency converter is analyzed,and the software and hardware circuit system and fault protection interrupt system of frequency conversion drive control system are designed.The drive system effectively realizes the smooth transformation of hoist speed,reduces the impact of variable speed on the system,and improves the safety and stability of hoist.
