摘要
针对煤矿JKY型液压绞车手动操作调速精度低、平稳性差等问题,提出对液压绞车驱动和制动系统进行电液比例控制改造方案,实现液压绞车提升速度的闭环控制以及驱动与制动的协调控制,从而提高煤矿液压绞车的自动化控制水平和调速精度。试验表明:该方案有效提高液压绞车调速精度、速度跟随特性以及提升稳定性,进一步保障煤矿液压绞车工作安全性。
Aiming at the poor accuracy and stability in manual control of hydraulic system for JKY coal mine hydraulic winch, renovation programs of electro- hydraulic proportion control for drive and braking systems were proposed, which realized closed-loop control of hydraulic winch lifting speed and coordinated control of drive and braking systems, to improve automation level and speed adjustment accuracy of coal mine hydraulic winch. Test results show that the scheme can effectively improve the speed control precision and stability of hydraulic winch, and the parallel dual system can further ensure the operation safety of coal mine hydraulic winch.
