摘要
目的:通过实施预住院管理模式,探索优化重组医院服务流程的信息化管理,缩短患者的平均住院日,减少患者医疗费用,改善服务质量,提升管理效率。方法:根据美国入院及住院日适当性评估方法的要求,借鉴业务流程重组手段,通过SPSS 20.0软件进行独立样本t检验分析。结果:实行预住院模式后,平均住院日、术前天数、总费用等方面都有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:实行预住院模式,可以进一步提升床位的周转率和使用率,缩短平均住院日,减少患者的费用支出,能有效缓解医疗资源紧张的现状,是一种值得推行和探索的管理模式。
Objective:Through the implementation of pre-hospitalization management mode,this paper intends to explore the informatization management of optimizing and reorganizing hospital service process.The aim is to shorten the average length of stay,to reduce patients'medical expenses,to improve service quality and management efficiency.Methods:According to the requirements of the American appropriateness evaluation protocol for admission and inpatient days,using the business process reorganization method for reference,the paper carried out the independent sample t test analysis with SPSS 20.0 software.Results:After pre-hospitalization,there were significant differences in average days of hospitalization,preoperative days,total costs,etc.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of pre-hospitalization mode can further improve the turnover and utilization rate of beds,shorten the average hospitalization days,reduce the cost of patients,and effectively alleviate the current situation of medical resource shortage,which is a management mode worth promoting and exploring.
