摘要
布局并推动未来工业发展的过程,需要构建新型的教育体系。该教育体系不仅要停留在追求优秀的层面上,更要面向未来培养卓越人才。为此剖析面向未来的工程教育体系,需要协调好三方面的关系:基础层面协调好科学与工程的关系;外延层面处理好工程与人、社会以及自然之间的关系;知识与教育体系中处理好内在链接,即工程与文化以及知识结构之间的关系。此外终身学习能力的培养对未来工科人才的发展至关重要,应该在工程教育体系中贯穿始终。
Constructing a novel education system is essential for promoting the industrial development for the future.Such an education system should beyond the level for pursuing excellence,and should face the cultivation of outstanding talents.In this paper the future-oriented engineering education system is investigated,and three key aspects are studied.First the relationship between science and engineering is analyzed,and the coordination of the relationship is discussed.Second the engineering education is extended to and combined with the general education such as human,society,and nature.Thirdly the internal links is established among engineering knowledge,culture,and interdisciplinary knowledge.In addition the importance for cultivating lifelong learning ability is investigated,and the method for integrating it with the engineering education system is discussed.
