摘要
在碾压混凝土大坝施工中混凝土层面的处理是一个重要工序,层面处理质量直接影响冷升层混凝土的结合质量,一般碾压混凝土坝混凝土层面处理工作量大,是决定混凝土备仓速度的重要因素。使用高压冲毛水枪冲毛的混凝土层面处理质量满足规范要求,为实现曼点水库大坝碾压混凝土快速施工、提高混凝土层面处理质量起到了重要作用。
In the construction of roller compacted concrete dam,the treatment of concrete layer is an important process,and the quality of surface treatment directly affects the combined quality of cold rising layer concrete.Generally,the workload of concrete layer treatment of roller compacted concrete dam is large,which is an important factor to determine the speed of concrete preparation.The quality of concrete surface treatment with high-pressure roughing water gun meets the requirements of the specification,which plays an important role in realizing the rapid construction of RCC and improving the treatment quality of concrete layer.
