基于成果导向的力学实践教学改革

摘要 从系统论的角度,给出成果导向教学(Outcomes-based Education,OBE)的系统论原理,发现其对应有社会产出为主、学生产出为主和全反馈综合评估三种模式。从系统理论上探讨OBE教学理念存在的关键点及难点,并分析其存在的原因以及解决的可能办法,可为OBE教学理念的研究提供新思路。以此为基础,开展基于OBE理念的力学实践教学改革,并列出相应的教改思路和措施,为同行提供教学参考。 Based on the system theory,the system model of OBE teaching is given.It is found that there are three corresponding models:social output model,student output model and full feedback comprehensive evaluation model.This paper discusses the key points and difficulties of OBE teaching concept from the system theory,and analyzes the reasons for its existence and possible solutions,which can provide new ideas for the research of OBE teaching concept.On this basis,the reform of mechanics practice teaching based on OBE concept is carried out,and the corresponding teaching reform ideas and measures are listed to provide teaching reference for peers.
