摘要
准确预测输油管道内腐蚀位置,确保管道安全运行。研究方法:在分析管道参数、介质条件、运行工况、输入输出位置、腐蚀泄露历史、缓释剂等参数的基础上,基于多相流动模型计算得到管道临界倾角为25°;基于管道高程图计算实际倾角;比较管道实际倾角与临界倾角数值大小,应用内腐蚀直接评价法预测管道内腐蚀敏感位置。项目成果:开挖检测结果显示,管道内腐蚀位置预测准确率为83%。结论:基于ICDA方法确定输油管道内腐蚀位置是可靠、有效的。
Research purposes is to the prediction of internal corrosion location of oil pipeline.Research method:the parameters of pipelines,medium conditions,operating conditions,input and output position,corrosion leak history and slow release agent were analyzed.Based on the multi-phase flow model,the critical inclination angle of the pipeline was calculated as 25o.Based on the pipeline elevation map,the actual inclination of the pipeline was calculated.Then comparing the actual inclination angle of the pipeline with the critical inclination angle value,the internal corrosion sensitive position of the pipeline was predicted by using ICDA.Project outcome:The excavation test results show that the accuracy of corrosion prediction is 83%.Conclusion:It is reliable and effective to determine the corrosion location in the pipeline based on ICDA method.
