摘要 基于美国腐蚀工程师协会提出的液体石油管道内腐蚀直接评价标准,介绍了适用于该种管道的腐蚀直接评价方法,并阐述了该方法的4个步骤,即预评价、间接检测、详细检查和后评价。运用油水流型预测、管道积水情况分布以及固体夹带与沉降3个方面的模型来确定腐蚀的具体位置和数量,并考虑了破乳、微生物腐蚀和杀菌剂、固体成分以及局部流动条件下对腐蚀分布的影响。液态石油管道内腐蚀直接评价方法的提出,完善了运输管线的内腐蚀评价体系,扩展了其应用范围,使其更具有实用性和工程应用价值。 A proposed method for a direct assessment of liquid petroleum pipeline internal corrosion has been developed.The underlying basis of the proposed approach is provided by NACE.Four steps of this method have been expounded,which are pre-assessment,indirect detection,detailed examination and post assessment.Three models of this approach have been considered.These models include a hydrocarbon-water flow pattern,the accumulation of water under a stratified flow,and the entrainment and deposition of solids.Many factors may affect the corrosion distribution,such as emulsion breaking,MIC and biocides,solids composition and local flow conditions.It is concluded in the end that the proposal of LP-ICDA perfects the ICDA methodology system of transmission pipelines,broadens its application scope and makes it more practical and applicable in the relevant engineering.
