摘要
内腐蚀直接评价ICDA作为管道完整性管理评估技术之一,因其成本低、工作量小、无清管条件限制、无需停输等优点而受到国内外专家学者的重视,特别是对于无法开展内检测的管段,ICDA在完整性评价中提供了另一种思路。本文介绍了DG-ICDA干气管道内腐蚀直接评价方法,阐述了其工作原理,以及预评价、间接评价、详细检查和后评价四个步骤。应用该技术在珠三角地区某天然气管道进行了良好实践,说明了管道内腐蚀直接评价技术在管道完整性中的重要作用。
As one of the pipeline integrity management evaluation technologies,the Internal Corrosion Direct Assessment Technology(ICDA)has attracted the attention of experts and scholars because of its low cost,small workload,no pigging conditions,no shutdown and other advantages,especially for pipelines that have no internal detection condition.ICDA provides another way for the integrity evaluation.This paper introduces this assessment technology for the dry gas pipeline,describes its working principle,and working steps:pre-evaluation,indirect evaluation,detailed inspection and post-evaluation.The application of this technology in a natural gas pipeline at the Pearl River Delta region shows that the direct evaluation technology plays an important role in pipeline integrity.
