摘要
为解决大庆油田升一联合站污水处理系统管线及设备腐蚀问题,指导相应防腐措施的实施,对现场腐蚀情况进行了研究,确定了引起腐蚀的主要因素是溶解氧和硫化氢。针对引起腐蚀的主要因素,开展减缓含气田水污水处理系统腐蚀的药剂筛选和研制,研制出能有效控制腐蚀的化学剂。通过现场试验表明,新研制的化学剂能够将污水处理系统内水体的腐蚀速率控制在0.076 mm/a以下,为现场有针对性地制定防腐措施提供了依据。
In order to solve the corrosion problem of the sewage treatment system and equipment in Shengyi multi-purpose station of Daqing Oilfield and to guide the implementation of anti-corrosion measures, on-site serious corrosion conditions are studied and the main factors causing corrosion are determined,namely dissolved oxygen,hydrogen sulfide. Aiming at the main factors,the selection and study of corrosion inhibitors for the gas field water containing sewage treatment system are carried out,and the effective chemical agent for controlling corrosion is obtained. Through the on-site test, it is shown that the newly developed chemical agent can keep the water corrosion rate of the sewage treatment system below 0.076 mm/a and provide evidence for making economic and effective anti-corrosion measures specifically.
