摘要
目前煤矿企业人力资源绩效管理水平并不是很高。因此,针对这一问题,在当前大数据时代,必须要结合现实要求,对人力资源绩效管理模式进行不断创新,对管理方法以及数据来源等进行不断优化,以此来推动煤矿企业人力资源绩效管理的可持续发展。
At present, the level of human resource performance management in coal mining enterprises is not very high. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, in the current era of big data, it is necessary to innovate the human resource performance management mode, optimize the management methods and data sources, so as to promote the sustainable development of human resource performance management in coal mining enterprises.
