摘要
目的:建立复合包装材料中2,4-二氨基甲苯的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)测定方法。方法:样品经蒸馏水煮沸回流1 h,正离子扫描(ESI+)和多反应监测(MRM)模式进行检测,外标法定量分析。结果:复合包装袋中2,4-二氨基甲苯在1.0~100.0 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),检出限为10 ng/g,定量限为25 ng/g,平均回收率为84.11%,RSD为1.68%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便快捷,准确可靠,能满足,复合包装材料中2,4-二氨基甲苯含量的分析检测需要。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 2,4-diaminotoluenein in composite packaging materials by HPLC-MS/MS.Method:The composite packaging materials were extracted for one hour by the boiling method in distilled water under the assistance of 2,4-diaminotoluenein.The electrospray ionization(ESI+)source with positive ion mode was used for analysis in multiple reactions monitoring(MRM)mode.The external standard method was used for quantification.Results:2,4-diaminotoluenein in composite packaging materials showed good linearity over the range of 1.0~100.0 ng/ml(r=0.9999).The limit of detection for 2,4-diaminotoluenein was 10 ng/g,and the limit of quantitation was 25 ng/g.The average recoveries of 2,4-diaminotoluenein in composite packaging materials was 84.11%,with the relative standard deviations(RSD)was 1.68%(n=6).Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,accurate,and reliable,and can meet the needs of the determination of 2,4-diaminotoluenein.
