摘要
复合食品包装材料与食品接触之后,水解的2,4-二氨基甲苯会迁移至食物中,对人体健康造成极大的危害。因此必须对2,4-二氨基甲苯的迁移量进行严格的监控,确保复合食品包装材料的安全性。从复合食品包装材料的定义及分类、复合食品包装材料中2,4-二氨基甲苯的来源、现有国标方法标准中对2,4-二氨基甲苯含量的测定以及液相色谱-质谱仪在质检领域的应用及优势来讨论开发液相色谱-质谱法测定复合食品包装材料中2,4-二氨基甲苯含量的必要性。
After composite plastic bags for food packaging contact with food, hydrolyzed 2, 4- diaminotoluene will migrate into food, posing a great threat to human health. Therefore, the migration of 2,4- diaminotoluene must be strictly monitored to ensure the safety of composite food packaging materials. This paper discuss the necessity of developing LC- MS method determination of content of 2,4- diaminotoluene in composite plastic bags for food packaging from the definition and classification of composite food packaging materials, the sources of 2, 4- diaminotoluene in composite food packaging materials, the existing national standard method standard to determine 2, 4- diaminotoluene and the application and advantages of LC- MS in the field of quality inspection.
