复合食品包装制品中有毒芳香胺-2,4-二氨基甲苯的检测技术的研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的:对GB/T5009.119-2003方法中存在的缺陷进行改进,以达到对复合食品包装材料中二氨基甲苯的测定。方法:采用液液萃取法进行样品的富集和净化,通过对萃取溶剂、衍生温度、衍生时间等试验条件的筛选研究,确立了2,4-二氨基甲苯的气相色谱分析方法。结果:线性范围为0.01~0.10μg/m l,回收率在80.7%~89.3%之间。结论:本方法具有检出限低,选择性强的特点,解决了国标方法检测中的缺陷问题,为复合食品包装材料中二氨基甲苯的测定提供了科学的方法。 Objective:To improve the shortcomings of national standard method(GB/T5009.119-2003) and to establish an analysis method for 2,4-diaminotoluene of food packaging composite.Methods:Liquid-liquid extraction was used to enrich and purify the samples.By studying the experimental conditions such as the extraction solvent,the derivative temperature and the derivative time,etc.Derivate was determined by gas chromatograph with electron capture detector.Results:Linear range was between 0.01~0.10 μg/ml,the rate of recovery between 80.7%~89.3%.Conclusion:The analysis method can provide a low minimum detectable limit,a good selectivity for the lower content of 2,4-diaminotoluene in food packaging composite that can not be determined.
