摘要
本土化培养作为新时代民族院校师范专业回应教育扶贫脱贫防返贫以及乡村教育振兴与中华民族共同体教育特殊要求的举措,具有十分重要的价值。本土化培养的内涵是民族院校在遵循我国高等教育基本要求的前提下,主要面向本地生源,根据地方社会、经济发展需求,挖掘、运用本土教育资源以培养具备传承与创新优秀本土文化能力的人的教育教学理念。本土化培养蕴含着通过“以文化人”实现“以人化文”的动态特征,要求院校在人才培养过程中,将教育内容的“单向输入”转为“双向流通”,教育目标由“离土”转向“热土”;在实践探索中树立正确的专业定位,挖掘民族特色课程资源,拓展实践教育场域。
In the face of education to prevent poverty,rural education revitalization and the education needs of the Chinese Nation Community,localized cultivation is a special requirement of normal specialty in the New Era.The connotation that localized cultivation includes the following respect:universities follow the basic requirements of Higher Education of China;it mainly recruits local students;according to local social and economic development needs,excavate and utilize local educational resources;in order to train Normal Graduates with the ability to inherit and innovate the excellent local cultures of education and teaching philosophy.Localized cultivation contains the dynamic features,the first is to nurture people through cultures,and then transform cultures through people.It requires that the educational contents should be changed from“one-way input”to“two-way circulation”,and the educational goal should be changed from“leaving the soil”to“loving the soil”.In the exploration of educational practice,universities should set up the correct professional orientation,excavate the course resources with national characteristics,and expand the field of practical education.
