摘要
目的探讨不同年龄段学龄前儿童短声(click)诱发听性脑干反应(click-ABR)及短纯音(tone burst)诱发听性脑干反应(tb-ABR)各波潜伏期及波间期的正常参考值范围。方法分别对90例(180耳)听力正常的健康学龄前儿童进行click-ABR和tb-ABR测试,其中,按年龄分为0~、1~、3~6岁组,每组30例,记录各组刺激强度在80 dB nHL下click-ABR和0.5、1 kHz tb-ABR各波潜伏期、波间期及反应阈,对各年龄段相关数据进行比较分析。结果0~岁组click-ABR和0.5、1 kHz tb-ABR波I、III、V潜伏期显著长于1~岁组,1~岁组显著长于3~6岁组;0~岁组click-ABR各波间期显著长于1~岁组和3~6岁组,0~岁组0.5 kHz tb-ABR I-V波间期显著长于1~岁组和3~6岁组;0~岁组1 kHz tb-ABR III-V、I-V波间期显著长于1~岁组和3~6岁组,其余均无统计学差异。0~、1~、3~6岁组click-ABR反应阈分别为23.78±5.34、26.33±5.12、24.32±4.54 dB nHL;0.5 kHz tb-ABR反应阈分别为36.30±12.80、41.50±9.02、36.70±7.23 dB nHL;1 kHz tb-ABR反应阈分别为24.20±7.70、28.60±9.50、21.40±4.60 dB nHL;1~岁组的反应阈均高于其他两组。结论本研究建立了本实验室0~6岁儿童click-ABR和0.5、1 kHz tb-ABR正常参考值,可为学龄前儿童客观听力测试提供更精准的参考。
Objective To investigate the normative values of the latency and peak interval of click evoked auditory brainstem response and tone-burst auditory brainstem response for the preschool children regions.Methods The auditory brainstem response were measured in 90 healthy preschool children(180 ears).According to the age,these preschool children were divided into Group A(<1 year old),Group B(1~3 years old)and Gourp C(3~6 years old).The values of latency,wave interval and response threshold of click evoked auditory brainstem response and tone-burst auditory brainstem response of 0.5 kHz and 1 kHz were observed.The relative data of each group were compared.Results The latenty of wave I,III and V of children under 1 years old in click ABR and 0.5 kHz and 1 kHz tb-ABR were significantly longer than those in the 1~year group,and those in the 1~year group were significantly longer than those in the 3~6 year group.The wave interval of click ABR in group under 1 year old was significantly longer than that in the 1~year group and the 3~6 year group,the I-V interval in the 0.5 kHz tb-ABR group under 1 year old was significantly longer than that in the 1~year group,the I-V interval in the 1 year old group was significantly longer than that in the 3~6 year group,and the I-V interval in the 1 kHz tb-ABR group under 1 year old was significantly longer than that in the 3~6 year group.The thresholds of click-ABR in the three age groups were 23.78±5.34,26.33±5.12,and 24.32±4.54 dB nHL,respectively.The response thresholds of 0.5 kHz tb-ABR in the three age groups were 36.30±12.80,41.50±9.02 and 36.70±7.23 dB nHL,respectively.The response thresholds of 1 kHz tb-ABR in the three age groups were 24.20±7.70,28.60±9.50,and 21.40±4.60 dB nHL,respectively.Conclusion The establishment of normal values of click ABR and 0.5 kHz and 1 kHz tb-ABR can provide more accurate reference standard of normal values for objective hearing test for clinical preschoolers.
